Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 23, 2025

Legal Entity: Vegas Vows LLC / Perfect Vegas Wedding

Governing Law: State of Nevada

1. The Service Framework

The website and services under the brand Perfect Vegas Wedding are owned and operated by Vegas Vows LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“the Company”). These Terms of Service apply to all proposals, website usage, and initial consultations.

2. Proposal vs. Final Service Contract

  • The Proposal: Any proposal or estimate provided by the Company is an invitation to treat and is not a binding commitment to perform services at the stated price or date.

  • The Binding Contract: Our professional relationship is only formalized when a Final Service Contract is signed by the Couple and the Company, and the required retainer is paid. The specifics of your event (date, time, chapel, and subcontractors) will be governed by that Final Service Contract, which supersedes these general Terms.

3. Nevada Marriage License Requirement (NRS Chapter 122)

In accordance with Nevada law, it is the sole responsibility of the Couple to obtain a valid Nevada Marriage License from the County Clerk (e.g., Clark County Marriage Bureau).

  • The Company cannot coordinate or perform a legally binding ceremony without the physical license present.

  • Failure to provide a valid license at the scheduled time may result in the ceremony being performed as a „commitment ceremony“ only, with no legal standing. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain a license.

4. Independent Chapels and Venues

The Company coordinates ceremonies at various third-party chapels across Nevada.

  • Adherence to Rules: The Couple agrees to abide by all rules and capacity limits of the specific chapel.

  • Nevada Public Policy: Smoking, including the use of marijuana, is strictly prohibited on chapel grounds and in any transportation provided by the Company or its subcontractors.

5. Subcontractors and Third-Party Vendors

To provide a comprehensive wedding experience, the Company utilizes independent subcontractors (e.g., officiants, photographers, florists).

  • Independent Status: These vendors are independent businesses and are not employees of Vegas Vows LLC.

  • Liability: The Company acts as a coordinator and is not liable for the specific performance, artistic style, or omissions of any subcontractor. Any claims regarding a subcontractor’s work must be addressed directly with that vendor.

  • Substitutions: If a scheduled subcontractor becomes unavailable (due to illness or emergency), the Company reserves the right to provide a substitute of equal professional standing.

6. Limitation of Liability (Nevada Disclosure)

To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law:

  • The total liability of Vegas Vows LLC for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total professional fee paid by the Couple.

  • The Company is not liable for „Force Majeure“ events, including but not limited to extreme Nevada weather, chapel closures, or government-mandated restrictions.

7. Client Responsibility & Communication

Wedding coordination in Nevada is often time-sensitive. The Couple is responsible for providing accurate information and meeting chapel arrival times (usually 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony). The Company is not responsible for late starts or cancellations caused by the Couple’s tardiness.
