Fun Fact: We have now guided well over 1,500 couples—in chapels, deserts, at the Las Vegas Sign, in hotel suites, via helicopter, and even at the Drive-Thru. And yes: we’ve seen Elvis in all possible variations!
Another Fun Fact: We now know more wedding chapels in Vegas than coffee shops—and that says a lot!

Our Vow to You: Born from Our Own Vegas "I DO"
Back in 2016, we experienced the magic ourselves, getting married the classic way at the Chapel of the Flowers in Las Vegas. We planned every single detail ourselves—which, of course, is completely possible.
However, we ran into some serious challenges behind the scenes. How do you find the perfect photographer whose style truly matches yours? How can you be sure your stylists and vendors will deliver quality work? Where do you source outfits, and—most crucially—who handles the mountains of documentation and paperwork correctly afterward?! All those little details unfortunately dampened the pure joy we should have felt leading up to our beautiful day. So, about a year later, we realized we could completely streamline this process and ensure couples only experience pure anticipation!
This company was founded on the idea that planning your Vegas wedding should be as thrilling and easy as the ceremony itself.

About Carmen - The creative soul
Over 20 years ago, I caught the „Vegas Virus“ and fell in love with this fantastic city! With our own wedding in Las Vegas in 2016, I successfully infected Olli with my love for Las Vegas, and now we are not only happily married but also working together.
With my professional background as a Multilingual Management Assistant and my studies in Psychology, I bring my experience, paired with my organizational talent, to organize unique dream weddings in Las Vegas.
At PerfectVegasWedding, I am your direct contact for all inquiries related to your wedding ceremony—which means I can practically always be found near my phone! 😉 But I am also responsible for the overarching organization of your ceremony, meaning coordination with florists, ministers, drivers, and so on.
I always refer to our company as my „first baby.“ When I’m not working, I love spending time with our son, who has enriched our lives since 2021. And if binge-watching true crime documentaries on Netflix counts as a hobby, that definitely needs to be on the list!
About Olli- The Strategic Anchor
Loud music and glittering lights—Las Vegas has everything that excites me! I am particularly fascinated by the city’s diversity, which I have cherished for many years. During our own wedding in Las Vegas, it quickly became clear to me that this is where I see my future!
As is typical for a kid from the Ruhr region (Ruhrpott), I first completed a vocational training program, and then added evening high school, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree. Professionally, I am at home in sales and corporate planning, which I naturally apply here at CrazyVegasWedding.
I am also constantly in exchange with our couples and, beyond that, responsible for the execution of all our operations in Europe. Furthermore, I am responsible (not entirely voluntarily!) for the accounting and our contracts.
I also coordinate all matters related to our technical systems. If something doesn’t work as planned, please don’t be surprised; sometimes I just can’t do any better! 🙂
